Process Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases, ensuring that all processes are conducted in accordance with legal requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Serve legal documents, including summonses, complaints, and subpoenas, to individuals in a timely manner. Ensure accurate filing of served documents with the appropriate courts and agencies. Maintain detailed records of all service attempts and outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of service and any challenges encountered. Utilize courier services as needed for document delivery. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations related to process serving. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience Previous experience as a Process Server or in a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with filing legal documents is a plus.
