In this role, you will be responsible for serving delicious beverages and snacks while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable and memorable. Along with your hourly pay, you'll also earn impressive tips based on customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including sodas, milkshakes, and floats, following established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and upsell menu items effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations in all food handling practices. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience with POS systems. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to upsell products through effective communication and customer engagement. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
