Job Summary:

The position of server is to serve all guests and take care of their needs and requests as it pertains to their dining experience. They are also responsible for bringing the guest exceptional customer service by menu and product knowledge, completing correct orders, timely/friendly service, and anticipating and accommodating any and all of the guests needs. General Responsibilities Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers satisfaction as well as company standards; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen Serve food and beverages to guests as per the restaurants standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Ensure that the guests have a pleasant dining experience Have knowledge of wine, whiskey & bourbon and how they pair with the various menu items. Obtain complete knowledge about ingredients, flavors and suggestions about menu items and wine/liquor selections Inform guests about special items for the day and menu changes. Take food and beverage orders Collect plates and clear the table as customers finish their meals Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Follow Aatmos safety proceduresHave an understanding of all menu itemsProcess guests checks and submit closing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

Check identification to verify the customer is of legal drinking age.

Provide knowledge of the local area to patrons
