Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and food preparation protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Previous experience with OpenTable or other reservation management software is a plus Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Join us to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic setting where your energy makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
