Server/Cashier

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations Manage reservations using platforms like OpenTable, coordinate seating arrangements, and support host/hostess duties when needed Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely delivery of orders and proper food handling procedures to uphold food industry standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightlife environments such as a nightclub or fine dining setting is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or as a host/hostess enhances your candidacy Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
