Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and efficiency Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression and comfortable seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest relations and communication skills Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with a friendly and proactive approach Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, dining areas, and service stations Assist with phone etiquette by answering reservation calls and providing information about the menu or restaurant services Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Background in restaurant operations or hospitality enhances your ability to excel in this role Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for creating welcoming interactions Previous hotel or guest services experience can be beneficial but is not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
