Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bar, Restaurant, and Banquet Server at an exclusive Country Club. In this versatile role, you'll deliver exceptional hospitality by crafting and serving premium cocktails, wines, and spirits, while providing attentive service in the bar, dining room, and during banquet events. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events such as school reunions and wedding receptions, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. This team-oriented position is ideal for someone who thrives in a lively, upscale environment and takes pride in outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Prepare and serve drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Provide professional table service in both the restaurant and banquet settings Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Actively upsell specialty drinks, wine pairings, and menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar, dining room, and banquet areas in accordance with food safety regulations Support overall operations by bussing tables, assisting with food service, and addressing guest needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktail preparation, and current beverage trends Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Proven ability to multitask effectively during peak service periods while delivering excellent customer service Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest relations
