The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Process cash and credit transactions using the cash register or Aloha POS system. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean working environment. Skills Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to describe dishes confidently. Proficiency in using cash registers or Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
