Your Role As a Bistro Server, you'll help create a welcoming and efficient dining environment for our hotel guests.
You'll:
Set up, maintain, and restock the bistro and breakfast area throughout service. Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food and beverages. Greet and engage guests warmly, offering recommendations and assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining area and serving stations. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
