Job Description

OVERVIEW
Must have open availability and your TABC and Food Handlers to start. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS ensuring timely and correct delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Clear tables, bus tables when necessary Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide correct change. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, ensure proper sanitation practices, and adhere to food industry safety standards. Support guest services by providing personalized attention, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Pay:
$10.00 - $25.12 per hour
