Job Description

Base Pay $15-$20hr (depending on experience) You can earn extra tips as well.
Position Summary:
Ensures excellent food and beverage service to members and guests in accordance with service procedures. Evening availability Must have availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Easter, and Mother's Day.
Essential Job Functions:
The position is responsible for, but is not limited to, the following: Ensures adherence to club policies regarding attendance, punctuality and uniform policy Is attentive to all members and guests in providing food and beverage service Executes dining room set-up, service and break-down according to established procedures Maintains personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform and professional appearance policies as required Perform duties as assigned Attends pre-shift meetings given by the supervisor/manager and is familiar with the daily shift requirements including the menu specials, methods of preparation and any special instructions Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth service Maintains a sanitary and well-organized workspace. Enforces clean service areas as needed throughout the shift Follows closing procedures at the end of the shift. Check for re-set assignments Carefully follows all TABC laws and club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverage service. Report all repairs/maintenance needs for all equipment in a timely manner Performs other appropriate assignments and projects as required by your supervisor, Food and Beverage Manager or the General Manager.
Personal Skills:
Effective communication with team Polished, professional appearance and presentation Education and/or
Experience:
Food safety certification with knowledge of wine pairing Alcoholic beverage certification from TABC Must have knowledge in liquor and some wine. Must have fine dining serving experience.
