10:00am - 7:00pm Working as waitstaff at Park Central Retirement Community is a rewarding and fulfilling role that goes beyond just serving meals. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Waitstaff Crew leader and/or Supervisor, assists with food orders and serving staff and customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/SKILLS:

Must be able to read, speak and write English. Must have food handler's certificate. Must be able to make simple math calculations.

ESSENTIALS OF JOB

1. Takes orders accurately using current menu and POS equipment (such as Full Count). (constantly). 2. Serves food selections according to requests and/or diet orders. (constantly) 3. Maintains clean and sanitized work areas. (constantly) 4. Keeps all dining room tables free of used dishes. (constantly) 5. Cleans refrigerators, label food, and log temperatures on a daily basis. (constantly) 6. Keeps all bus carts and stations clean as directed. (constantly) 7. Sweeps and mops wait station area at the end of every shift as directed. (constantly) 8. Expedites all food to perspective tables and seats as needed. (constantly) 9. Keeps line stocked with items as needed. (constantly) 10. Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job. (constantly)
