The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation Manage tables efficiently, including bussing and resetting tables for new guests Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences while growing your career in the vibrant food industry!
