Nights & Weekends a Must Join the team at Smoke Chemistry Social — where cigars, cocktails, and cuisine come together for a vibe like no other. We're located directly across from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium and are looking for a reliable, fast-paced, and team-driven Food Runner/Expo to support our kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Ensure food is plated properly and accurately before leaving the kitchen Run food to guests quickly and efficiently, maintaining presentation and temperature Act as the bridge between the kitchen and service staff Communicate guest modifications, allergies, or special requests to the kitchen accurately Help chefs and kitchen staff with organizing plates, garnishing dishes, and prepping expo line Assist in kitchen cleanliness and restocking when needed Maintain awareness of table numbers and floor layout for fast delivery Support the team during high-volume service, including brunch, DJ nights, and events

What We're Looking For:

1+ year experience as a food runner or expo preferred (not required) Must be dependable, fast-moving, and team-oriented Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Must have reliable transportation and a positive attitude Must be available to work weekends, nights, and game/event days
