We're Hiring:
Cashiers & Wait Staff (Apply In Person) Regular Pay at $10/hour + tips -- You can earn close to $14/hour w/ good customer service
What We're Looking For:
We want reliable, energetic, professional demeanor, and customer-focused team players who take pride in delivering great service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome every guest with a warm "Welcome to Flavors!" Take orders, explain menu items, and answer questions with confidence Verify age for alcohol purchases Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience Accurately process payments (cash & card) using POS system Prepare and serve food and drinks Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and workspaces Restock supplies and assist with daily cleaning duties Follow all food safety and health regulations Communicate professionally with guests and team members
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
