Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create memorable moments for every visitor. Whether guiding guests through our menu or managing their needs with a smile, you'll be a vital part of our hospitality team dedicated to excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance sales through excellent guest engagement and knowledge of our offerings Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation management platforms like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate billing processes Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bartender is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energy, professionalism, and passion for hospitality!
