Must be 18+ to apply• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide top-notch hospitality will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and promotions, to enhance guest relations. Upsell additional items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout service. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. A passion for providing excellent guest relations and enhancing the overall dining experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong time management skills to ensure timely service delivery.
