Whether taking orders, preparing simple food items, or processing transactions with precision, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced food industry environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as square POS. Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with safety and quality standards, including basic food preparation tasks. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining spaces, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or café environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS. Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and maintaining food safety standards. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively.
