Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling and serving areas Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen support roles is a plus Competence in basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences.
