In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, manage food and beverage orders, and handle cash transactions with precision. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and give correct change Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing tables as needed to support smooth operations Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, ensure proper sanitation practices, and adhere to food safety regulations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest bookings and seating arrangements Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Basic understanding of restaurant operations including sales techniques like upselling and guest engagement Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
