All positions are paid roles that emphasize teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly as a Hostess, managing reservations through OpenTable and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences. Serve food and drinks promptly as a Food Runner or Server, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest needs are anticipated. Clear tables swiftly and maintain cleanliness in compliance with sanitation and food safety standards; bus tables as needed to support smooth service flow. Assist in food preparation or kitchen support during busy periods while adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy; process payments using POS systems while providing friendly guest relations. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Experience Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings. Experience with POS systems such as Spot-On is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining hygiene excellence. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with food industry terminology and basic math skills for accurate cashiering and billing. Experience working in a nightclub or hospitality environment is a plus but not required.
