Host/Food Runner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.

WEEKENDS REQUIRED

(Position Type

• Weekends Only (Saturday & Sunday) + Holidays)

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage waitlists using the POS system
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Answer phone calls with professionalism
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide assistance to guests as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest relations effectively
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest services skills
• Willingness to help team members in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

• Base pay of $7.
