The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage reservations and seating arrangements Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries, taking to-go orders, and call ahead seating. Sell packaged craft beer. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Provide information about menu items and specials to guests as needed. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution. Support overall guest services by helping with any additional needs that arise during their visit. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Current TABC and Food Handler certifications preferred, Must be able to Obtain. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Familiarity with Arryved POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. A background in hotel or similar services can be beneficial for understanding guest expectations.
