Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle food preparation requests, assist with food handling and sanitation standards to maintain safety protocols Manage cash handling, cashiering responsibilities, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Clear tables efficiently by bussing and assisting with guest needs in a courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including kitchen support when needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse clientele Culinary experience or food industry background that supports food handling, preparation, and safety standards Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction accuracy Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
