Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with general restaurant sanitation tasks Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is advantageous Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving roles including host/hostess duties or bussing enhances your ability to excel in this position Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Knowledge of reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus for managing guest seating efficiently Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
