In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to guests while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will create memorable experiences for our patrons. Duties Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently using POS systems ensuring quick and correct processing of sales. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage food and beverage delivery in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub or banquet environments, ensuring timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while maintaining accountability for all sales. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling practices and sanitation protocols. Manage time effectively during busy shifts by prioritizing tasks such as serving tables, bartending duties, and cleaning responsibilities. Promote a positive atmosphere by working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in restaurant settings or fine dining establishments. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential. Previous experience working in nightclubs or banquet environments. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation enhances your ability to serve craft drinks confidently. Making Cocktails and Drinks.
