The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Upsell menu items through effective sales techniques, enhancing guest experiences. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for guest checks. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest relations. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary experience when applicable. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with Toast POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately.
