Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
  • Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bussing tables as needed
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
  • Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
