Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering top-notch service, we want you to be part of our restaurant team.Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
