Server/Cashier

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments efficiently and accurately Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Support food handling procedures, including proper storage and hygiene practices, to ensure quality and safety standards are met Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food industry standards including sanitation, food safety, and proper serving techniques Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your positive energy fuels great guest experiences!
