As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
  • Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
  • Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Skills:
  • Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
  • Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services
  • Excellent hospitality skills, including the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures, including operating a cash register
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and safety regulations
