Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant and nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any questions about the menu items. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a busy kitchen setting.
