Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests to ensure a positive dining experience. This role involves taking food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly, and maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere while following all service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, courteous service Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and drinks in a timely manner and ensure order accuracy Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Adhere to company policies and service standards Food Handler and TABC certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
