Lunch Food Server

Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Clear tables, bus tables, and reset dining areas promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred; experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally. Good time management skills to keep service flowing smoothly during busy lunch hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
