Position:

Server Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Enter orders into the POS system (TOAST experience is a plus). Serve food and beverages following Palenque Grill standards. Check back with guests consistently to ensure satisfaction. Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations. Assist team members when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Address guest concerns promptly with professionalism and care. Uphold all safety and sanitation standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in full-service restaurants preferred, but not required. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and courtesy. Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service.

Schedule Requirements:
