Beverage Server

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Cocktail/Beverage Server to join our ballroom service team. This role is central to creating a grand experience for every guest attending our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a polished presence, and the ability to deliver attentive, personalized service that enhances the elegance of each celebration hosted in our ballroom.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, upscale atmosphere throughout their visit. Present beverage menus, answer questions, and provide expert recommendations to complement the event experience. Accurately take and deliver cocktail and beverage orders in a timely manner. Serve beverages with professionalism and grace, maintaining the sophistication of the ballroom setting. Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to requests, ensuring each guest feels cared for. Ensure responsible alcohol service by adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ballroom service areas and guest tables. Collaborate with bartenders, banquet servers, and event management to ensure seamless service during large-scale events. Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and discretion. Upsell premium beverages and specialty cocktails to enhance the overall ballroom experience. Demonstrate knowledge of seasonal cocktails, wine selections, and beverage pairings that elevate events.

Qualifications:

Must Be 18 years or older Previous experience in cocktail, beverage, or fine dining service, ideally in an event or ballroom setting. Exceptional hospitality skills with a passion for creating memorable, grand experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and refined beverage service techniques. Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service. Flexible availability on weekends; Specifically Saturday nights
