Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow Support bussing duties by clearing tables swiftly and preparing the dining area for incoming guests Maintain guest relations by anticipating needs, providing personalized service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles will be advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing bills confidently Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Join us as a Server and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
