Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Server/Cashier and help create a great guest experience. In this fast-paced role, you'll take orders, prepare food, handle transactions accurately, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. A positive attitude and attention to detail are key to success. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and cashier stations. Assist with food prep tasks such as assembling orders or bussing tables to ensure smooth service flow. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards. Experience Prior experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation, and adhering to food safety regulations. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to serving guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations. Experience in culinary tasks or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required.
