Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guests receive personalized recommendations based on their preferences Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining a clean dining area throughout service hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating culinary experience and understanding of food handling procedures Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively Experience in food industry roles such as serving, bussing, or host/hostess positions within fine dining or nightclub environments Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest experiences Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Kitchen experience or culinary background preferred for supporting food prep or kitchen duties Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment.
