Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments with precision Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 5
  • 10hour shift Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sake, wine, or Japanese cuisine is a plus
