Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive relationships to ensure guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; background in food industry roles is highly valued Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service, culinary expertise, and genuine guest care.
