In this lively role, you'll be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that food is delivered promptly and tables are cleared efficiently. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, supporting our servers and culinary team to deliver top-notch service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining space Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately Ensure food safety standards are upheld during handling and serving of dishes Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments at tables as needed Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required Maintain communication with team members using effective verbal skills to coordinate service flow Uphold guest service excellence by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring satisfaction Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with bussing, food running, or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this role Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen or culinary experience, hotel experience, or hospitality background is advantageous for understanding guest needs and food safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
