Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, including nightclubs or fine dining settings, to deliver seamless service Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including host/hostess or serving roles preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Culinary experience or background in food industry operations is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes accurately Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is desirable but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
