Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Assist with food and beverage service, including serving meals, refilling drinks, and bussing tables efficiently Support food preparation and handling in accordance with safety and sanitation standards Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and utensils through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Help with food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes for guests Maintain proper food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and special dietary requests Skills Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or hospital food service environments preferred Strong background in food production, culinary arts, or the food industry with a focus on customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently Ability to perform food preparation, serving, bussing, and cleaning duties with attention to detail Experience working in dietary departments or with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities Familiarity with kitchen operations such as cooking, meal preparation, and sanitation practices Join us to be part of a team that values energetic service delivery while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.
