Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or other POS platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Reliable Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous; experience in bussing or sanitation roles is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
