As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers feel welcomed and valued. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $4.00/ hour plus tips! Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Skills Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food preparation techniques. Experience in dining settings is preferred but not required. Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Aloha or similar plata . Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
