Job Description
Join our vibrant team at Encantada Cocina + Cantina, located just a short distance from the charming Historic District of Georgetown Square! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers who are eager to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to ensure that every patron receives friendly and prompt service while maintaining our high standards for food safety and sanitation. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, using basic math skills for order processing.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables, ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Skills:
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote menu items.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in the restaurant environment.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and handling payments
- Understanding of food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Applicants must be available on nights, weekends, and holidays and should have full-time availability.

Monday-Thursday:
3 PM- 9 PM
Friday:
3 PM- 10 PM
Saturday:
11 AM- 10 PM
Sunday:
