Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining environment. Sanitate utensils and equipment as required to comply with health regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner. Process payments accurately and efficiently while providing change as necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service.
