Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our ice cream shop team. This position focuses on customer service, preparing menu items, and supporting daily shop operations. No experience required, training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders in person Prepare ice cream, drinks, and other menu items Keep the workspace clean and organized Operate the cash register Support team members during busy hours
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Spanish-only applicants welcome Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn
Schedule:
30-35 hours per week Flexible availability, including weekends
