Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional hospitality to all our guest through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery. Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales. Assist with side duties such as bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting host/hostess responsibilities when needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS, familiarity with Yelp for reservations is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing. Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for food industry excellence is essential.
